Helpful to have the supplements, vitamins etc ready assembled in correct quantities for the eating plan in Marilyn Glenville's book 'Fat around the middle'. Helpful people in the office when I spoke to them. Goods delivered on time and in good condition.

I was very pleased with my articles once they arrived. I know it said that it would be sent first class post but took over a week to arrive.
I've been using NHP for several years, but they appear to have gone downhill a bit lately. Previously, if an order was delayed for out-of-stock items, they would call me to let me know (giving me the opportunity to ask for urgent items to be sent separately). My last two orders have been delayed (one significantly so), but no-one bothered to contact me to advise me in either case. It doesn't have to be a phone call - an email would do (or, better still, they should update their website to show live stock data).

Initially very disappointed with my purchase. The products I bought weren't fully described on the website, so I couldn't use what I bought. When I queried this with customer service, I was promised someone would get in touch. The problem took some time to resolve, but once The Natural Health Practice realised there was an outstanding issue, they were very quick to resolve it positively, and I will buy from them again because of this
