The Metal Hut offers a range of products with mixed experiences. Some items, like the garage security stop, arrived quickly and were of excellent quality, while others, such as the metal landscape wall art, suffered from poor packaging and paint damage. There have also been issues with customer service response and product durability. Overall, improvements could be made in packaging and design, but some products and services have been satisfactory.

Scammers, Placed an order and never received it. Rang numerous times. Never got reply. Emailed..no reply. Stay away.

I bought a piece of wall art for £85. It was never delivered to me and when I tried to contact the company to ask where it was I received no reply. Complete scam.

I bought a Fence Post Repair Spike Support The bracing welded to the underside wasn't substantial enough. The wind blew the fence panel over. The support broke at the bracing and the whole support was bent as the panel collapsed. The design needs improving.

Fast delivery and good communication from the seller. Brackets are definitely strong and robust, should do the job ive bought them for.

ordered a large metal landscape wall art piece about a metre wide. it arrived wrapped in cardboard with do not bend written on it, obviously you can guess the rest! they need to package items much better for an item of £100 value, i straightened the metal but the paint finish was already flaked

The product is great (fence post spike) but the packaging was dearly lacking. It came in a box big enough for the spike. There was no protection on the spike bit and when I got the package the spike was halfway out.

Good product, good price...but their ordering process could better reflect the quantity discount above 5 sets. As it stands I needed 7 sets so had to order 5 sets and then another 2 at a higher price per set than the 5.

I checked with you through the internet if this product would work for my 2020 ford Ranger and through your customer service. They both said the skid plat would work. I received the plate and tried to install it and it was not even close to fitting. So now I am out over $200.00 and I will not pay another $75.00 to return it due to false information in the first place.
