lev-co worked with me every step of the way, from building the perfect ventilation system to fit my specific SDS needs, to finding post production solutions to tweak my machine after i had been using it for a while. ryan was very helpful and patient with me, and mike responsible and sensitive to my needs. they went above and beyond to make sure my equipment worked as efficiently as possible and that i was happy. at one point i had a hard time getting in touch when i was expecting a shipment to go out, and to not be looped into their time tables getting pushed from unforeseen circumstances was frustrating, but as a whole i couldn't recommend them more. its been a year since i first worked with them (and my system works wonderfully), and i look forward to a long relationship

Ryan provided the quote, as per plans & spec's, in a timely fashion and was very detailed as to what he would be providing per our request. There was a little hiccup on our part and needed to revise the total # of pieces required. I forwarded him the info and he responded very quickly. Also, the lead time for what I needed to order was very good and everything arrived to site when expected and undamaged.
