I had great difficulty in making the ordering for a photo-jigsaw puzzle work properly. When I finally got to the basket and check out, having given all relevant payment details, card details, addresses etc I could not get beyond this as the 'continue' button would not register and allow me to continue. So I had to abort the whole process despite trying several times and taking some 2 hours altogether. I emailed a complaint/advice and Emma your customer services advisor emailed me to try and help. I tried again a couple of days later based on a new email sent by your company with a 15% discount offer. I managed to get through the whole process again but not without difficulty as I have found that your website etc is not that smooth/user friendly and I again had to coax it to the final order and payments. However, as a result of this - and my own fault at the end of it all - when the jigsaw was delivered (a swift delivery time and this was no problem) on receipt I found that I must have inadvertantly pressed the order for the 200 piece version when in fact I wanted the 1000 piece version. So now rather disappointed that I have not got what was required - and as it will be a gift, further disappointment. I have not obviously seen the finished results but the outer box etc seems fine and the delivery package via Royal mail was fine. So all in all a rather long saga which has not ended as I had originally hoped for. I can add that I am pretty used to ordering goods online from many other companies, especially Amazon, and have rarely had any problems. Update Following Company reply: Sorry, there was no indication in the review invite that I had to include the Order Number/Reference. As it happens it was MJ829575-1. Hope this helps.

Delivery was quick but the package was dropped over my high locked back gate which could have meant broken puzzles. My delivery instructions were to leave with an6 neighbour.
