Everything was great, from the ordering process to delivery. The only problem was outside your control - Royal Mail threw the parcel over the back gate on a very rainy day, and as they didn't put a card through the door, we only discovered it by chance by which time the box was soggy. Luckily all the games were shrink-wrapped and were not damaged. Happy Puzzle Company 5 - Royal Mail 0.

Ordered 3 jigsaws from the website, including 2 made to order, and all arrived within 6 days, quicker than expected. These are presents, so I can't comment on the quality yet, but I've ordered jigsaws before from this company and been very happy with them.

I think a bigger selection of sizes.Some of the felt pieces were tricky & fiddly to get out.l have bought these for granddaughters before,but these seemed a bit sparse considering.
