The puzzle ordered was for my 2-yearold grandson, for Christmas. The parcel arrived on Boxing Day but I had driven from Cornwall to Bristol on Christmas day so was unable to give it to him. I now have to post the parcel to Bristol as I don't drive that far all that often. I do think you would be aware the puzzle was for a child's Christmas present (don't worry he gets plenty of others) and perhaps you should have gone all out to get it to me in time? I'm disappointed at your service and will not be ordering from your company again.

Well made games we all enjoyed over Christmas. Just need to point out that jigsaw which was named ‘stag at dawn’ is actually fallow buck, not a stag…
We got a jig saw of Britain and Ireland’s showing where all the football clubs bs are. Carter aged 8 loves it he loves geography and football so the combination will be a great challenge
