The puzzles and games are excellent BUT the paperwork falls short of what I expected. 1. On the receipt with order number it did not mention the delivery address. As I had multiple orders this was necessary for me to check who got what. 2. The tracking number given did not work - the link went dead and the delivery note with tracking number was in the delayed package!!!

Item arrived in time for Christmas which was perfect, despite me ordering late. As described and good quality. Would recommend.

I have previously written outlining the appalling customer service I have received from this company after a large number of products ordered in November as Christmas presents failed to arrive in time for Christmas. Despite repeated assurances over the course of a month from Talia S, Head of Customer Services, that the items would arrive I have still not received two of the games I ordered. I had to rush out on 27th December to buy replacement presents. I have had a notification from a ‘do not reply’ email address that a refund is being processed but I would far rather receive the goods. The company may be great if they get your order right but seem to be a complete shambles if it goes wrong. AVOID if it matters to you that you receive products! PS phone calls to customer services also cost me £7 on my latest bill and most of the time was spent listening to automated options. They will of course tell you that it is the delivery company to blame but that just doesn’t wash when the warehouse has clearly not put the correct contents into the box for delivery. Other companies get it right and you expect swift rectification of problems occur. This has not been the case with what is now known as the UNhappy puzzle company in our household. I’m afraid I will be ordering from Amazon next year. Update: I have now received the refund but despite what the company claim I have still never been sent 2 of the items and have had no explanation as to why not. Customer services claim that the items were sent because of a photo of a box on my doorstep - a box which did not contain the full order! The fact that this is still being disputed 5 weeks after my order was processed is a disgrace.

After the Royal Mail lost my order HP's reaction was as quick and efficient as I could have wished.

The Gift was just what I wanted and my gradnson thinks it is great. Down side was the delivery and customer care. It was one that had to be made to order and this of course ment extended delivery. However as Xmas approached I was told that it would be despatched on the 17th (Tuesday ) or 18th (Wednesday). When I asked agian on the 20th ( Friday) as Ihad heard nothing, all of a sudden the e- mail came trough saying it was now ready for dispatch. Not the best experiance

What you order is just what you get, which is pleasing. Your puzzles are always popular and stand up to wear and tear.
