The staff at The Groom Room at Reedswood are fantastic. Always friendly and ask you how you would like your dogs hair cutting. I've been taking my dog there for at least 8 years now. He loves going there to be pampered and always looks perfect when I collect him. I would always recommend people to take their dogs there as they are the best.

When we took her she was very nervous but when we went to pick her up she was just sat calmly waiting. She looks lovely.

Yet again myself and my dog have been let down again by weston super mare staff ,last booking (a couple of months ago because of available times) he could'nt be done properly because of lack of qualified staff and so he'd been booked in for the end of this month only to be told today the appiontment is cancelled because of lack of qualified staff. This is a number of times l've been let down my dog is a burnese a big dog and in this climate needs a regular grooming, l took my dog somewhere before because of your poor performance then came back as a second chance and now l wished l had'nt, l'll be withdrawing my rolling deposit and lm done with you

Staff is very nice and very friendly. Takes care of our dog each time. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t feel cut is quite as use to be but new staff who are getting use to way we like things. Paid for vip but never got the bandana on either dog never realised till got home so wonder if they actually had it. Prices have gone up and don’t feel it’s good value anymore. Staff are lovely though.

This has taken me a few day to write as I didn’t quite know how to put it in words. I will say that until our last appointment I have always been very happy with the groom. And the groomers. Obi is an old gentleman. He is blind and deaf and suffers significant pain in his legs and neck. I have always stated this with the receptionist on arrival and have always felt that was taken into account during his groom. This time however, I arrived on time to pick him up, but his groom wasn’t complete so I watched through the window him being groomed. I saw that the groomer was bending his front leg and putting tension on it. I had no idea why they would do this as I had specified he had arthritis and pain in his legs. He was fidgeting a lot, and I could see that was causing him unnecessary pain. Then His neck was held up with some sort of lead and the groomer was tapping under his chin to get him to put his head higher and higher while they cut his fur. I’m sure that is what they do to all the dogs but At that time I was thinking that is going to really hurt his neck. Over and over the groomer kept doing this and I could see he was getting agitated. I knew he was in pain. I even mouthed to the other groomer “ is he ok?” I dont know if she saw me, but then I saw that Obi was becoming aggressive and was trying to bite. This upset me as in all the 14 years and 3 months Obi has never, ever, shown his teeth or even growled at anyone. He is the most laid back dog I have ever owned. Then the other groomer got a muzzle to try to put on him. I understand why from their point of view but He has never seen a muzzle. His eyes were wide and to me he looked scared to death. He was definitely having none of it. He was frightened and in pain. I felt I wanted to go in and reassure him that he was ok but I knew I couldn’t. To be honest I was relieved when they bought him out. He was trying to race for the lift. He just wanted to be out of there. I apologised to the groomer and reiterated that Obi had never behaved in that way before and he was obviously in pain. I was then advised to get him some pain relief from the vet before bringing him in for his next groom. When we got home he ran to his bed. And stayed there the rest of the day not even wanting to go out for a walk. He has never acted this way. He didn’t eat that day and for the next two days flinched when I attempted to pet him. I don’t know how you will feel as you read this. I am quite upset. For myself and Obi. I would really like some answers. I felt that Obi was among your grooming family as we’ve been coming to you for a long time. And I’m not sure how he will react when I next bring him to you

Faultless!I don’t know what witchcraft they use, my dog is terrified of water, even heavy rain. I always walk away thinking he’s going to kick off on them, but they always say he was good… 😍

This is 6th time my dog has been groomed. Each time he looks great,good job and staff very helpful, friendly and always take care of him. Great service 🐕‍🦺 x

The girls were excellent with our very nervous old dog. They stopped the groom and rang us to pick her up but made arrangements to go back a few days later. They were ver patient with our dog and we left with a beautifully groomed dog. Thank you.

This is the second time our dog Yogi had attended The Groom Room in Tamworth and he came out looking / Smelling a million dollars again! Most importantly he was comfortable and happy to be left, which isnt a guarantee in all cases! Xx

Teddy always enjoys a good pamper at The Groom Room, Winwick. Staff are always friendly and very affectionate with him (No easy feat when it's a Rottweiler). Staff very accommodating with his special shampoo and letting me help to trim his nails.

My pet Hershey has been traumatised he is not himself since grooming session the groomer has not been professional I should say but kind to him…this has never happened before as always Jenny has groomed him and he has been happy always after his grooming

My dog has come home with a bald patch where it appears a cutting tool has gone so close to the skin leaving the skin raw and sore when I touch it. Can provide pics. I spend just £60 and I am not happy my dog has been hurt.
