Amazing service and the groomers are wonderful. My German Shepherd Sabre loves his time getting pampered with them. I could not be more happy with the service given by them. If I could I would give them 6 Stars but as there are only 5 then that will have to do. Ian

Easy to change salons and luckily got a very last minute appointment due to a cancellation at another salon. Ladies were lovely and Connie came out looking beautiful.

Been taking my dog there for 3 years, and I have always been happy with the service. With working shifts, I book up to 16 weeks in advance. I went in today with my dog for his full groom and was told I don't have an appointment. I said I booked in here and she said you have not paid a deposit so it was canceled. 3 years and I have never paid one before. They should have taken this when I booked or told me I had to pay. Now I have to wait 8 more weeks for a cut. Bad service. They can call you to cancel at short notice but not ring about a deposit.

Booking tool online is very difficult to use. Very easy to book the wrong salon and you can’t call the branch you want to book an appointment

At Stockport Groom room Gina always goes above and beyond. She is extremely pleasant and so kind and gentle with my dog Milo who has anxiety. The cut is exactly what I ask for. He comes out looking so cute. Excellent service. All the staff are polite and kind with the animals.

I have been taking my Yorkie to the groom room for a while and have never had a bad experience. He always comes back perfect. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

I really appreciated I could book my two Goldens in for a groom at the same time. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff and both my dogs came out clean and soft.

Excellent staff. Our shih tzu always comes out looking great and smelling lovely 😍 I do however find it a little more pricey than others but I trust the staff here to do a good job in a kind and caring way which is worth every penny.

We have 2 labs, one very nervous the other fairly cool. Both went for a groom a day apart. They look so very smart and hair free… how long that will last I don’t know. Very professional groomers, asked all the relevant questions and phoned when boys were ready. Thank you Groom Room x
