Took my 5 Pomeranians in yesterday. The staff was absolutely fantastic really friendly and done a great job. I am always nervous taking them somewhere new but had no need to worry. Thanks again.

Gina, is amazing she has such a passion for what she does. Our dog just loves her. He always come back looking amazing. Always make sure he gets her when we take him. All the staff at the groom room are very friendly and welcoming

Hector seemed to go into the groom room okay whereas he used to be very nervous with previous groomer. Good cut and he looked smart. Only downside is it is a lot more expensive.

Treated my senior dog to a full groom , deshed and nail clip - was delighted Staff friendly, very caring and attentive My boy is nervous and even the vet struggles to clip his nails- at this centre no such problem, all done with care, lots of praise and patience Would definitely recommend 5*

Dylan the groomer is always very helpful, friendly towards us. He is so caring and gentle with our dog every time. Nothing is too much for Dylan, even when the groom room is busy, he will always spend time ensuring everything is perfect for every dog groom. He is fab. Thanks Dylan. You are very much appreciated.

Love the new make over. Easier check in and check out with the desk in the shop. Hetty has been going for years and Everytime we are impressed with the lovely job they do. The ladies are so friendly and take great care of our fur baby!

Scout isn't the easiest boy... He's adorable but he's fussy about his paws and needs time to build trust.... Not a problem today... He was the best boy and that tells me he trusts! That's important to me and guarantees we'll be back!

Cali's 1st visit in the Burton's Groom Room went brilliant! Ladies were very approachable, showed Cali lots of love and were very attentive. He had a great time and when I came to pick him up he was happy, relaxed and looking and smelling great! We will definitely be back ☺️

Love taking Barney for his 8week cut and blow dry. The lovely lady with the beautiful long blond hair ( sorry I can’t remember her name) is so caring and lovely with him. X

Absolutely devastated !! First time puppy looked beautiful watched from start to finish 2nd visit the groomer had left so an another groomer done him . Showed a picture of him the first time number 8 clipper yes no worries may have to go shorter under his arm pits as he is a little matted due to the harness and him having fine furYes okay !! sign here . Returned to a nearly bald puppy number 1 clipper . SHAME ON YOU then to stand and smirk at me when I was devastated and have the cheek to say I think he looks cute !!! Not your dog or your decision to make. You knew you had done wrong or you wouldn’t have said I didn’t have to pay . A simply apology for the mistake you made would have been nice . Not two groomers standing behind the glass laughing and not even coming out to apologise .

It was our first groom at Bar Hill for our adopted greyhound. She gets nervous when having her nails clipped and at previous groomers has nearly slipped off the table. We explained this to Mia who said she could do it at low level to help prevent this. Clementine (our dog) came out looking very shiny and felt super soft after her wash and blow dry. A special thank you to Mia for reassuring us and being so gentle and caring to Clementine. We will definitely be back for her next groom.

Great service, reliable and friendly staff team and my dog always looks beaut after his bath and groom… for a day or two! The staff will always keep a check on your dogs health and let you know if they spot anything untoward. I’ve been taking my dog here for a couple of years and always been very happy with the service

My dog ​​was there for the first time in a long time, he has some shortcomings over the years, but I guess he didn't let himself do everything because he is a very timid dog.
