Terrible products and even worse customer service. Buy your goods elsewhere as I’ve most of the plants from them die or dead on arrival and in terms of size of plants they are scamming customers.

Ordered a Christmas Tree on their online shop, late Wednesday night on the 11th of December. Arrived Friday the 13th at 3.30pm, via Fastway couriers, delivery was free to Dublin. You can view the tree you want from the photos on their site. The Tree is exactly what I ordered. Really good quality. Really great shape, smells amazing too. Can't be beaten on price either. Can't recommend these guys enough. Will definitely use again next time. Thanks 5 Stars across the Board. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My order went missing - couriers fault. John, in Customer Service, went above and beyond with his help. He was simply wonderful. I received a replacement in no time and am delighted. Couldn't recommend The Garden Shop enough. Great value and selection and a great team too, especially John.

Superb customer service. I placed an order to be delivered to my mum in Dublin. There was a problem using my debit card on the web site (problem on my end, I’m in the UK). I phoned and got Liam in packing who was really helpful, John in the office couldn’t have been more accommodating and got everything sorted in time for DPD collection that afternoon. Mum duly got her delivery promptly the next day within the one hour time frame. Friendly, helpful and efficient, highly recommend.

Have ordered from these guys twice now. Wheelbarrow the first time and then bag and edging tool the second. Both times the order came on the day I wanted, their courier rang me the second time because I wasn't there to receive the order and dropped it off where I wanted. Really good service with great products and fabulous customer care.
