Great fast service , marred by an issue with an item that went missing in transit, but customer service person in the Garden Shop sorted it put as best she could.

The garden shop was one of the best discoveries I made during lockdown. Top quality products including plants and prompt delivery. Will continue to shop there.

Waited two weeks to try to order online as they have had very restricted ordering hours due to covid 19 which was fair enough really. However had to try a good few times as the check out was only open one hour in the evening or so and was 0ften closed off when I went to pay. They also do not tell you when your completing your order that they do not ship plants on a Friday. Fair enough but why does the system not tell you this also paid extra to have guaranteed delivery within 2 to 3 working days which I guarded not happen. There was no offer of refund of this fee and they blamed the courier when in fact this store did not ship my order which was placed and paid on Friday 11 am till Tuesday evening of the June BH . Received a number of different replies from staff on email and fb queries all which contradicted each other! ! The plants were not great when received the fern was half dead and full of brown leaves. You would not pick these plants in a garden centre yourself if you saw them .

Great service yet again, easy to use website and very reasonable prices plus delivery speed and cost.

I recently ordered some plant supports, an obelisk and the lizard garden decoration. Delivery arrived well packed and very promptly 2 days later which was great . I love the lizard wall decoration, very unusual and a striking addition to any garden. Gardenshop.ie has some more unusual stuff compared to other garden centres at very reasonable prices.

Received my order today everything was spot on minus one item but they are sending that out From start to finish one week.the plants are healthy and overall I would shop here again

An excellent company to deal with. Fast, efficient and friendly service from John. There's a choice of delivery options - I'd recommend paying the extra €3 for DPD, which is a very reliable courier service.
