TFC's knowledge, range and customer service really are 5*.
Misunderstanding with the courier meant that I thought my item hadn't been delivered when the tracking data said it had (the note telling me where it was had found its way into a shoe!!!). TFC went completely out of their way to get it sorted for me, couldn't have asked for more.
Great service, product and price, TNT not my favourite courier though as delivery options are limited (no Collect + or similar).
