I was going to leave a 1 star due to my initial experience. I bought a pump and some rings which never arrived. I wrote and email and never heard back. the only reason for the 4 stars was that The enhanced male shipped with USPS and they are so unreliable. I wish they shipped UPS. The package arrived later than I wanted but I know thats not their fault. Everything went smoothly otherwise, I never spoke with anyone there so I dont know how their customer service is.
