We used the company for design of an A6 advert card and postage. We were told initially that A6 could be posted, then we had to change to A5 (at no extra cost) as the company struggled with the postage marking. None of our known contacts received the card and we believe postage had failed. Company explained that postage can't be traced, so we never found out if the advert card reached any of our prospects.

The quality of the service and the quality of the work they did for us was excellent. Communication was great and the people we dealt with very friendly. They were really good value for money and we will use them again in future when we have marketing letters to send.

First things first: they did the job properly, first time, exactly as promised. I wanted one letter sent to nearly 500 addresses I provided in a spreadsheet. The proof they sent was right first time. When my own copy of the letter arrived I was expecting the sort of paper (80 gsm) we use in the office, but their printer was loaded with much better quality stuff. The phone was answeredby friendly people who knew all the answers to my questions and I thoroughly recommend them.
