The Direct Mail Company are a UK wide mail house who deal with both transactional and advertising mail.
Abysmal. MYLES promised to deliver our very important MAIL. Sent in with no response after weeks. Put up a review which provoked MYLES into a response. Promised to deliver and yet again, let down. Abysmal. . . This is a follow on to his REPLY. Not even an offer of apology just a straight Defence. I sent the order to the address as per GOOGLE, their own WEBSITE and I am to BLAME? Truth is nothing like the reply received. Not in any way shape or form will I accept the REPLY. Trust me, GO ELSEWHERE if you want a successful order and loose this HOME addressed MIDDLE MAN. . .
Order placed and invoice paid in February by a not for profit organisation. Still chasing them over 5 months later for a refund as no communication since invoice was paid.
Received a quote and wanted to place order, contacted them 5 times by email and 'phone - 5 times they said they would get back to me urgently - 5 times they did not respond. had to use alternative source. Customer service poor
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, i really do not know how anyone could not rate this company 5 star. I mailed 25,000 postcards for our life insurance business and the return was that good we are looking at doing this monthly. Special thanks to Miles he was a great help and very knowledgeable.
Do not use this company for important or time sensitive mailings. The 5-7 business day service we were quoted took 6 weeks to arrive. The support staff were constantly unavailable and no one returned any calls. I will not use them again.
We have used their services for 4 years and we get a faultless service. Most importantly we find our mail is delivered on time and of the highest print quality. We mainly use mailshots to promote our boilers and they work every time. Highly recommended by us from Midlands Boilers.

Complete failure to deliver or to answer calls. Having used this company 12 months ago with great success, I can only assume they have been taken over by unscrupulous people. Letters we ordered have still not arrived two weeks later. There is not reply from them. You get through to some kind of phone bank who say: 'Myles is unavailable' or 'Chloe is unavailable' and no-one rings back
SCAM - no reply to emails or calls - they take money and DO NOT DELIVER
We used them to send out an important piece of mail, however it did not arrive with the recipients until almost two months later. Despite numerous calls they will not respond to our compliant 'Myles' is never in apparently.
