Fantastic girls bed with was a present from Nana & Grandpa. Spoiled a little by a rude delivery driver that aside we are really happy. One point I would make is that I wished I had some spare fixings as my husband broke one when putting it up and he had to pay a visit to homebase so that he could finishing building it. I’m sure the company would have sent it out but it was at a weekend and we just wanted it built. Very pleased 😀
I purchased the Nevis bed as my daughter liked the sleigh style. I’ve been impressed with it. The wooden frame is decent it took me no time to build and once up its very solid. The bed we had before was very thin and wobbled quite a bit. With this there’s no movement or wobbling at all. The slats are really thick too which I like as it just adds to the ridgity of the frame. Overall an excellent item at what I thought was a reasonable price when I purchased.
Day 30 / 22 working days of supposedly authorising a refund of £2,000. Still no refund No contact or communication from this company. No evidence shared a refund has ever been issued by accounts team. No one has phoned me, despite requesting this 5 times. I’m being completely ignored. Started court proceedings.

Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this company (please read this and other similar experiences from customers. We ordered furniture for my son's room in January. After repeated delays the furniture still hadn't turned up and in October we finally asked for our money back. This has never happened. At first we were told it was a fault with our bank (I enquired and it was not), then the refund hadn't been processed at their end until finally silence. Two months on and repeated unanswered emails we have approached Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and are considering other legal options to get our £1800 back. They have effectively taken our money and vanished. **update on the above regarding the company response**. Since the response below we have received only a standard email from the company shortly after posting the review suggesting they will resolve the refund. We have had this several times previously only for it to be followed by nothing. This has been the same again this time - silence and no refund. We have also now received advice and a letter template from Citizens Advice to start formal legal proceedings which we will shortly send. As stated previously we strongly advise avoiding ordering from this company.

Took an absolute age to arrive we persisted and have now been using for several months and it’s super. Takes a long time to build and definitely needs two people as there are a lot of parts which are heavy and needs to be aligned. It’s transformed the room. There’s so much space under it which makes the room feel so much bigger. I would say it is higher than we expected so may not be suitable for bedrooms with lower ceiling, otherwise it’s great and if you are prepared to wait (I think the make to order a lot) then no hesitation recommending their products if it’s anything like ours.

The style is gorgeous, I think it was made to order and it certainly has a bespoke feel to it. Fits snuggly into the room and as a child’s bed goes I think it’s just the right blend of looking good for the child and being practical for the parents. Thx

Brilliant bed for our 3 and half year old.good quality and very easy instructions to follow,study and securely put together.makes lots more of the space in the bedroom and storage underneath ite is excellent for keeping more toys tidy. There plenty of room and already now full of her dolls!!
The bed is very good, as per most other comments the quality is excellent and once constructed if feels so very solid with a good finish. My only comment would be that A quicker delivery would have been better. Overall it’s a very good buy.

All goods received. It was a easy job to put together & feels nice n’ study. The wood is good quality. Most important sons has easily transitioned into his new bed which we were a little concerned about. Delivery took longer than expected otherwise a super purchase.
As it appears on their websites picture. Instructions were clear and very easy to assemble but you do need two people for parts of the process. It’s just the perfect size and dimensions on the website we’re spot on just right for the box room it’s in. Overall a nice item which does the job we want from it. Happy with it.
A lovely kids armchair that I bought for my grandson. The style has tricks on it and he is truck crazy so he loves it. The fabric is good quality and it’s a nice chunky feel to it too. Thank you

Absolutely top bed. The tunnel section has been a life safer for the small bedroom we had to work with. We didn’t get a mattress and use it as under bed storage for bedding and clothes. Very pleased with how it now looks in my little girls room. Building instructions were generally easy to follow too. Happy 😃
