Bought an absolutely fantastic leather Chesterfield sofa. It was made before the promised date, delivery was a bit slow (delivery company issue), but when it arrived I was so, so pleased. It is so comfortable and the workmanship is first class. Recommend this company very highly.

I felt the sales side could be better coordinated. After I speak to one sales person and he/she said he/she will come back to me and did not, the next time i called to speak, the next sales person did not have the details / or question i have. So communication could be improved. I also paid for the removal of the old sofa but somehow the delivery person insisted i had not. It took quite an effort to rectify that. The sofa is less comfortable than i thought. May I ask if i can sell if back to you at a discount? I have hardly used it as the apartment it is in was not occupied since delivery of the sofa except for about 2-3 weeks. Thank you

From enquiring about the suite I was interested in to delivery The Chesterfield Company were brilliant. I wanted a specific wood shade for the legs of the chairs and the company went out of their way to accommodate me. I was kept informed every step of the way and received regular updates on how my suite was moving through the manufacturing process. I even received the suite 2-3 weeks early and had it delivered before Christmas. The suite arrived on the date stated and is beautiful.

We recently bought a beautiful two seater chesterfield and couldn’t be happier with the product and customer service we received. We visited the showroom and were talked through all the options. No pushy sales people just knowledgable and friendly staff. Sofa arrived when promised and we absolutely love it. Thanks so much.

I called to cancel my order and was reassured by the staff on the phone that I was able to do so. Received an email the next day saying that I cannot cancel as it is a clearance item and it was already dispatched. I have received no email saying that it was dispatched (as is standard with most reputable companies that sell online). If this had been Ikea, I might not have minded but this is a company where even the clearance leather bean bags cost in excess of £200. One would expect they would invest in customer service and training but they don't. But I have ordered from IKEA and other cheaper brands and have never had such an experience. Clearance item or not. Do not buy from this company as its certainly not a professional company.

Visited the showroom on a Sunday, Cory was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Answering our many questions. Returned the following day to order and met the very helpful receptionist ( sorry I don't know her name) and the sales staff also. 5* experience.

We were looking for some quality leather sofas for our lounge following a sizeable house renovation a few years ago. With wanting to keep the decor look inline with the house theme of being traditional sofa we wanted a specific look and style for our sofas. Having done a search the Chesterfield company came up with a range of options and styles which suited our needs. With the company being a fair distance to travel we spent numerous calls with sales staff walking through the finer detail. Each call was professional and informative which allowed us to decide the range we wanted before committing to travel. We made the trip and the products did not disappoint along with sales service that went above and beyond. After a final few questions and colour choice we ordered. We are currently awaiting delivery but to date for all round quality and service the company scores highest marks.

My wife and I purchased (2) couches from The Chesterfield Shop location on Kennedy Road in Scarborough about 5 years ago. We purchased couches made by Pallister (made in Canada) as we were dissatisfied with cheap poorly made couches made overseas by other companies which lose their shape and support over time. After 5 years the Pallister couches are as good as they were brand new! Amazing product! We went back to the same store and spoke with the store manager, Ted, who we had dealt with 5 years previously. This time we bought theatre seating recliners for our home theatre area in our home and again we purchased Pallister products. Ted is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Olga was always available if we had any questions, but let us look around in peace. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. I ordered two sofas from the Chesterfield Company. I had to wait quite a long time for delivery and had to revise my requirements due to problems with raw materials. Apart from that, things progressed smoothly and we are well-pleased with the sofas delivered. The delivery men went the extra mile to position the sofas in our house. All in all a pleasant experience.
