We are very pleased with Tenergy Power. We had looked for the solar rechargeable batteries NiMh AA 1.2 1000 mAh for our solar light. We had tried another brand, but they did not last. Finally we found them on Tenergy website. They came already charged as they stated in their information. Our solar light is very bright now.

I was please to get my order quickly. I did have problems logging into your web site. after putting in the correct login data your site would freeze.

Good price & reasonable shipping time.

I used your tracking app and once it arrived at a UPS customer service hub it sat for 3 days and when I called requesting to pick it up before being transferred to USPS instead of just being delivered to my address I was told I couldn’t change the process. UPS wanted $8 and Tenergy to call and ask for it to be held and wouldn't let me come pick it up. Tenergy refused to make the call, I’m not impressed and would prefer that I be able to pick up MY purchased items given the fact that it’s already been 5days and will now be 8. I won’t be ordering anything further and so a zero you will get. Thanks !

I missed the website having a compare feature, to compare the premium battery to the regular battery

The customer service was excellant at Tenergy Power but their online shipping costs consistently on their website is outrages. Reguardless of the quantities ordered, the shipping costs often costs far more then the items. They need to get a grip on this as many are turned off as soon as they see the delivery costs!

I use Tenergy NiMh slow discharge in all flashlights and electronics. These batteries stay charged and I'm happy with how long they last, which is many years and many recharges. The Pro batteries have noticeably better output and runtime in flashlights. I recommend to friends.
