I found Tenergy's website easy to use. Based on previous purchases I know that their products are reliable and true to what is advertised on the web pages. Prices are most competitive also. My order was filled correctly and arrived quickly. Without a doubt, I would recommend Tenergy to my friends and family.

These work great in my Trail cameras. Do not purchase Interstate rechargeable AA batteries they fried two of my trail cameras by leaking. but the Tenergy Pro Works great Wish they held a charge like store bought. But technology is not there yet.

Do you want me to rate you I never received the product yet you should least check to make sure that it’s been sent out before you asked somebody to give you a rating? the reason you got one star is because you’re not checking to see if your product even got to its destination you could let me know when you sent it out that will get you two stars

Hi! We live in a hurricane zone. I've heard good things about these products; so I ordered a T320 battery pack online. The company was actually hesitant and called me at home! The rep wanted to verify that I am who I am, and not using a compromised credit card! Hahaha! Awesome. Then she said that she wouldn't bother me anymore about it. Got it home and tried it out; worked great! I then ordered another T320 and put it into the hurricane closet as well. Of course it has limitations; but serves the basics. Now I just ordered the new T600; can hardly wait to see what it can do! Very happy customer

From ordering to delivery, the process was awesome. the website is easy to navigate and I was able to find what I needed. I received my order quickly.

We are tax exempt, so we needed to fill out your form in order to move forward. We filled it out and emailed it back on 11/16. I reached out on 12/6 asking the status of our order and was told you never received the requested form, which at that time I RESENT the original email along with the filled out form. No apology, nothing!! And then the nerve of whoever called for payment said AGAIN they never received the form! I have asked the teacher to never use you as a vendor in the future.

Ordering the batteries I needed was a simple process.

I purchased a a package of D cell batteries that had free shipping. After adding a smaller and less heavy pack of AA cell batteries that were in a smaller pack of less weight, I lost the free shipping. Even though they shipped in the same package... Tenergy is the first company that has not honored a free shipping price because of adding an item of lower cost and weight. NOT COOL

The item I ordered has free shipping when I added 2button battery cards and went to shipping I found shipping charges were added, I tried 3 times to get free shipping on my entire order when additional shipping was added I cancelled the additional items. So we both lost out. This was the black friday deal. Thank you Ron Wagner

Price of AA and AAA seem good, have not used any yet to rate their longevity. The $1.29 battery tester would embarrass me to sell or give away even. No real indication of battery status. One light, says good on one side of it, replace on the other. Let’s just call it bad.
