Easy to find the type of replacement batteries I need for my alarm system sensors. My alarm system technician uses the same Tenergy batteries I purchased; they last a really long time; and they fit perfectly in my sensor units. Since I live in a rural area, no one near me carries the exact type I need to replace the original batteries. Plus, I was not only able to find the type I need, but I was also able to select the quantity I wanted--from only 1 on up. I opted for the 16-count package, since most of my sensors are close to needing battery replacements. I appreciate that Tenergy sells to individuals. Check out was easy. Shipping was prompt. I will definitely look to Tenergy first for my battery needs going forward.

Unfortunately the battery I requested was out of stock but the lady I talked to, suggested a substitute which I ordered and hope it works.
TENERGY HAS BEEN SUPPLYING THIS BATTERY TO US FOR QUITE A WHILE NOW. ANY PROBLEMS THAT COME UP ARE QUICKLY HANDLED AND RESOLVED. MAIN ISSUE IS WE CAN NOT SCHEDULE FUTURE SHIP DATES ON OUR ORDER. WE ARE A CONTRACT MFR AND OUR CLIENTS PLACE AN ORDER FOR THEIR YEARLY REQUIREMENTS WHICH WE SCHEDULE PRODUCTION DATES IN THE FUTURE TO MEET THEIR NEED BY DATES. IT WOULD BE BEST THAT WE SCHEDULE DUE DATES ON ONE ORDER OUT TO ONE YEAR AHEAD.

It wasn’t your company, it’s the post office. The product was shipped on May 17 and it’s May 25th and I still didn’t receive it. The tracking looks like it left Fremont ,CA came to Harrisburg, PA and then back to Lancaster, CA.
