I always buy mugs from Temptation Gifts and have found the company to be very efficient and extremely quick. Nothing has ever been broken and some of the mugs have been sent abroad - no problem with that either!! Excellent!

I love Temptation Gifts and it’s a shame that I didn’t find this fabulous company before. I love Yankee Candles and this company provides amazing prices for the candles especially after celebrations like Christmas. I would strongly recommend this company for all your gift buying needs. Also, the delivery was prompt and my product arrived (with standard delivery) two days earlier than what I expected.

Despite online having a returns policy, I never received a refund for a returned item and I also never received a reply to my email to customer service when I emailed asking about my return and refund.

Great website I’m just kicking myself for not finding it sooner, the range of gifts is fantastic and the prices great especially as I’m a yankee candle freak and to find a website that sells genuine Yankee candle products and a lot not just a selected few means I can save money by buying from this site because it’s actually cheaper than Yankee candle themselves! ( saying I save money is a stretch cause I actually just by more Yankee products LOL ) the order came quickly and I was informed of the delivery progress via email. As 2019 progresses I’m happy to say I will be a regular customer from this point on not looking back as I’m sure I’m getting the best deal around! Shockingly bad delivery service despite paying sizeable postage for a few small votive candle. Would not recommend this Company as they are very unreliable.

take a long time and after nearly 10 days still have not received the product. The price is not that competitive adding the postage. Got my product from John Lewis instead. Wast time totally .

Always buy wax melts here! Every few months I buy a large quantity of wax melts from here as they're usually always on sale. Just wish there was a multiple discount for buying many in one go like Yankee Candle has in their stores. Sometimes Temptation Gifts offer this, but most of the time when I shop, they don't. Unfortunately they've stopped selling a few of my fave wax melts like the popular "My Serenity" which was usually always for sale under £1 - real shame as I cannot now buy this anywhere online! :( Customer support is really good too! Ordered a item by mistake and rang them up and they cancelled the one item, refunded and the main order carried through!! No faff, all done within the next day and shipped the same day! Post and packaging is good for £2.99 - pretty standard, I like the ability to choose what method. Some companies push a £4.99 regardless of item weight for wax melts, and that's one of the main reasons I've always shopped at Temptation Gifts! Delivery arrives in a small cardboard box, delivered by Royal Mail. Very good service overall! But please stock the yankee candle wax melt "My Serenity" again!!!

Certainly nice products but one thing was odd. One item I ordered for £7.99 was, I was advised, out of stock and therefore they gave me a refund. Fine. I was able to find it in my local shop but at a price of £9.99 and so asked if they could refund the difference. No, was the answer. But I then noticed that the item in question was in stock again (after 1 day!!) and at a new price of £9.99. All sounds a little odd to me.

They sell some gorgeous products. Disappointed that one item faulty, no offer of refund just said will let buyers know. Wouldn’t buy from again as lovely as the items are, customer service is poor. Still nothing from either party, bottle still not fit for purpose. Response to my email should have been we are ever so sorry we take joint responsibility so we will assist in resolving this for you. Not thanks for letting me know.

My first time shopping with this company and I was pleasantly surprised. I have a Ty beanie boo obessed child and these were the best online prices I have found, even better that the majority of them were on sale. Also the Yankee candles were of very good value. My order didn't come complete, but after an email on a Saturday, I was surprised to get a speedy reply and my missing items posted out with next day delivery. Customer service was outstanding and I look forward to shopping with temptation gifts again.

Great website, so many gifts, reasonable prices, something for everyone on there. You can do all your shopping in one place! I signed up to their newsletter and every time I get one I have to buy something - getting the xmas shopping done nice and early!!! Cant recommend this site enough for the great range of gifts
