Good socks and service.

Only one negative, in the whole ordering process. One pair that were delivered , wrong size. Returns process soon actioned, when I contacted Teko customer services. Right size were not in stock, but arrived soon after agreed date. I've since reflected on decision to send wrong size. Apparently size I ordered were not in stock, so it may have been a decision to send something, rather that nothing!!!!

Fantastic product that I wear on a daily basis to work. Very comfortable with a suit even though they are designed for skiing.

Absolutely brilliant service - delighted.

My reason for the four stars is given mostly based on my first order with teko. Ordered and paid only to be sent an email the following day to say you've been refunded as none in stock. Very frustrating. 2nd order went through fine and delivery quick but box the order came in was battered and had holes in either side where unnecessary surrounding cable too tight. Happy with my purchase though. Thank you.

I have used Teko merino wool socks for years - good quality, hard working sock, very comfortable. And, when they do get holes in them after lots of use I repair them by Darning them. Worth every penny. I do recommend these socks to lots of other trekkers including my footcare podiatrists! Alan (Edinburgh).

My shoe size is normally an 8, depending on manufacturer I buy 8 - 8 1/2 (42 - 43). I purchased size 8 - 10.5. The initial fit is good and when washed they return to the original size. I have a long walk that I am training for so I have purchased three different manufacturers socks to try. I have had few issues with the other two purchased. With the Teko Merino Hiking Socks Medium Cushion I have had some rubbing on the heals and they appear to be quite harsh on my soles. When I remove my walking shoes the socks have stretched out to what I imagine would be a size 10.5, maybe I should have bought size 5 - 7.5.

Love Teko socks mainly because of the sizing system. Too many women's socks are one-size, which means the heel goes up my leg from my size 5 foot. They are expensive, but the multipack gives good value, especially considering the durability. Delivery was quick - I ordered late on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday. Communication from Teko was excellent, including an email thanking me for my return custom, which was a surprise, and appreciated. Thank you folks!

Great socks, well made and really nicely and ethically presented. They were quite abit thinner than I expected but this hasn’t been a problem so far when running.

I was really disappointed that the socks came in non-recyclable plastic packaging. I bought the Teko socks based on their low environmental impact credentials -- which is clearly advertised on the socks' packaging and Teko's website -- and was understandably confused and annoyed at their choice of postage packaging. Also I am foot size 8 and wasn't sure which size to go for as it is in the lower end of the largest size for women, the socks are too large, so some indication of what to go for if you're on the border of sizes would be helpful. The quality of the socks however is excellent
