Super customer service when I called
I ordered Teko liner socks online and they were delivered correctly and neatly packaged in recyclable material within 48 hours. Would definitely use Tekoforlife again as the socks are hard to find in shops.

The design of these socks is very good. Too often trainer socks either turn out to be ankle socks, or worse, they don’t stay up. These are just the right height and stay up very well. A real bonus for me is that they are made of recycled nylon. The only downside is that this makes them slightly harsh on the skin and rather warm for summer use.

Really happy with my socks. Delivery was fast. They are expensive, but I think the quality is worth it, especially since they are made sustainably and in the EU, so the people who make them presumably get paid proper wages.

I tried to buy socks three times from this company. Only one of these efforts succeeded; in the others the company sold me something that it didn’t stock and wasn’t going to for quite some time. The socks that I did receive are great, truly excellent. The customer service is bad to very bad indeed, and consequently wastes a huge amount of my time. The customer service agent was also a complete liar, unfortunately. So while the product was great, the overall experience was terrible, and very poor value for money. Thanks for replying. It’s now the middle of May. I wanted the socks in March.
