After Sales communication was good, got my replacement parts are working. Courier Guy delivery was prompt. Great help from Hennie who was very patient.

Didn't get he right cable ... then kept getting promises that the correct cable would be supplied and never did. Over a week later still no cable.

I was a little nervous ordering from a new vendor Their customer service was quick to respond and provide updates. I was skeptical at first but after placing the order online and receiveing a call back to verify the contents, I was pleasantly suprised to get a DHL tracking number same day. The delivery took longer but i hab chosen the economy option. Nkosi was great in keeping us updated constantly until our parcel arrived in Windhoek. We just made them our go to supplier for server hard drives.

Great shout out to the technical and sales team at tekmart. We had an urgent equipment breakdown at one of our sites and they came through for us. Special mention to Justin (sales) and Hennie technical who have assisted who organized us to have the parts delivered to us and walked us through patiently until we got done. We have just finished the raid rebuilding and we back online. Thank you again.
