As first-time customer, there were some delays with regards to communicating progress of order. Also some confusion with prices at which items were ordered vs invoiced amount. Overall good business systems in place to follow process from order, payment, verification to delivery. Courier Guy excellent tracking system with timely updates on progress of delivery

The delivery was fast as promised. Our raid card arrived packaged well and since we repalced it, everything is working fine. More than a month now. Will buy again-hopefully not another raid card in a while !
