There are far more competitive broadband deals around but not for those of us who live in remote rural areas and have no choice but to stay with Technological. They are not prepared to negotiate on price and there is no reward for loyalty.
Our line recently went down due to a faulty router power supply. The guys sorted it out within 48-hours and delivered a new one in-person. Could not have asked for a better service. No comparison to BT who would have left us without connectivity for a week or more (base on former experience)!
Excellent understanding of the local area, where to lay the fibre to cause least disruption followed by knowledgeable and sensible installation in the property.
Excellent communication regarding the installation of our fibre broadband. Any subsequent issues are dealt with really promptly and again the communication is faultless.
