Really easy to order and speedy to deliver. What’s not to like.

I have bought numerous bikes from Team Cycles and had servicing work done. They are a genuine, reputable business. I decided to buy some mudguards from them online. They arrived on time and the quality of the Bontranger guards was top notch and at a good price. I needed to check the size / fit of the mudguards against the bike frame and wheels. Before doing anything I checked Team Cycles returns policy and there was no reason why I couldn’t remove them from the packaging and check the fit. To do this I had to remove the mudguards from the cardboard packaging and the only way to do that was to cut 2 plastic cable ties securing the mudguards to the box. The mudguards didn’t fit so I placed the mudguards back in the box and returned them to Team Cycles for a refund. I could not secure using the original cable ties as they had been cut. The manager refused to accept the return / reimburse me and the mudguards were sent back to me. I’m now £45 out of pocket with some mudguards that don’t fit. I won’t buy online from Team Cycles again. They do not abide by their own returns policy. They need to either change their policy or be more sensible in the application of the policy they currently post online.

Prompt Delivery Easy ordering

Ordered jacket online which took ~2 weeks to arrive. The jacket was too small so boxed up in original packaging and returned. I had to print off and fill in a returns form as you cannot do this via email or online which is archaic. Then got email saying there was no tags on the jacket I had returned which is not true as I tried jacket on and put directly back in the bag it was shipped in. They then shipped back to me without my consent saying it was out of returns period and no labels. I had not asked for a return but an exchange. Spoke to Tim who couldn't have cared less. Said they didn't have another size to give me so they sent it back. Never buy from this bunch of amateurs. Also noticed this jacket was the same price I paid in the later black Friday deals so they are just making it up.

Suspension came popped horrible website

After recently being knocked off my bicycle by an inattentive driver, and multiple close passes, I decided to invest in two tooo cycle camera/light units. Team Cycles were by far the best price on the Internet so I placed my order. The delivery was tracked and the communication from Team Cycles was excellent. The tooo camera/light units proved to be fantastic with a possible 8 hour recording time and an effective rear light. Unfortunately one unit developed a fault and would not record. I informed Team Cycles and was instructed on how to return the faulty unit and quickly received a replacement unit. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I've had from Team Cycles. Thanks Alan King and Tim Graham.

Everything as it should be, and I've got discount for the next purchase. What's not to like here? :)
