I'm an apprenticeship and used tattoo everything to receive my first machine (valknut 3.5mm) while ordering my auto fill used the wrong postcode, shortly after I was contacted to double check the address. I'm relieved that they took the extra steps rather than simply shipping it out, thank you Ryhs! Overall great customer service and the product arrived securely without a single dent :)

I absolutely would not trust anyone else. As someone just starting my tattoo career and trying different machines, cartridges, inks, etc, they have been incredibly helpful and offer honest advice. They clearly aren’t out to just make money off you and truly care about you as a person not just a customer with money. Every time I go in store I’m greeted with a warm smile and hello and remembered by all staff. Stu has been incredible and always offers the best advice and has an amazing array of knowledge. Perfect order as always from these guys! I deal with a lot of tattoo supply places and every time I order from here it’s spot on. The staff go out their way to make sure you get what you’re after. It’s a small thing but I was looking for a specific type of foot switch a while back and was on all the tattoo supply sites live chats asking questions. Most just said they didn’t know and can they help with anything else. Tattoo Everything Supplies went and opened the boxes and actually tested them to tell me if it would or wouldn’t do what I wanted! I’ve also had a past issue with a machine that started losing power months after purchase and they didn’t argue, just said send it back and we’ll send another, which they did, was back sent away and a new one sent back within a week! Brilliant company!
