Excellent product range, well packaged and quickly delivered
I have always enjoyed purchasing from your store. Your shipping rates are the most affordable I have come across. Although, for some products, I have to rely on other suppliers, as their shipping costs are exorbitant. The prices they charge for shipping are so high that I could buy an airline ticket from the Isle of Man to the mainland for a cheaper price. Nonetheless, I appreciate the great service you provide. We hve used this shop twice now! The quality of the ink is by far one of the best, the colours really pop! And heel gorgeous. Very good communication when I forgot to put my house number on like an idiot! They tried ringing me, having failed to get me they also text, so they could send out our delivery quick! The delivery on both accounts have been super quick! Highly recommend A++++

These guys earned a 5 star for customer support. Had a couple issues with my order. I ordered an arm bench which had a few things wrong with it. I don’t need to go into detail. But they were quick to respond and resolve the issue amicably.
The best supplier in the UK and my absolute favourite. I only ever order from TES now. Orders are dispatched very quickly. Customer service is probably the best I've ever seen. They have all of my favourite product at really good price (and sell my beloved Acri cartridges), and they listen to what people want and get more variety and brands.
