Bought a two sofas and lounge, hall, stairs, landing carpet. After a long wait all are fine. However, be aware that they require a third of cost as an upfront payment and payment in full for the sofas before delivery. The main issue is that even though additional payment is required for delivery costs Taskers require you to sign a disclaimer absolving them of any liability for damage they may cause to your property during delivery before they will take the goods out of their lorry.
Polite,knowledgeable staff , high quality product, very accommodating with storage until we was ready for delivery. Delivery staff very professional in the task of carrying out their job. We would definitely use taskers again. Thank you.

The chap in the beds dept was very helpful and got our order sorted. The delivery men did a great job and even helped me carry another mattress upstairs.

The salesman that took our order was called Ricky and we found him extremely helpful, we bought a dining table and chairs and he went through the various permutations until we found what we wanted. He then introduced us to the flooring guy and he was equally helpful and we bought lvt for the three downstairs rooms. So all in all a very productive visit and I would highly recommend taskers .
I recently returned to Taskers for carpets to fit my upstairs bedrooms and stairs/landing. There is a big selection in the store and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I spoke to Phil Davies who manages the carpet section. He proved to be very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction in terms of material choices for each area. The carpets were fitted on time and the standard is excellent. Brilliant service, thanks Phil.

We’ve bought a number of items from Taskers over the last 12 months. Service was always excellent and professional and the quality of furniture terrific. However, our bedside tables took 10 months to arrive. I guess that this was out of Taskers’ control because of the pandemic but it does affect how we feel about the transactions; hence the 4 stars.
Ordered 2 rugs, got a phone call a couple of days later, came to collect them everything was ordered correctly arrived earlier than I expected although they were made very locally! Brilliant service all round
Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the shop. After visiting many of the big brand furniture stores, I could not find what I wanted and felt that many of the stores didnt offer any help or advice. When I visited Taskers I was immediately met by a lovely salesman who had a wealth of experience in the different types of product, what to consider and had me trying a range of products to get the one that fit my frame, being tall some chairs were not as comfy.. I purchased a beautiful chair, which was delivered as promised and I will now only purchase from Taskers as they really did go the extra mile. Thankyou so much for making me feel like a valued customer.

Ordered a sofa in Jan - a sofa arrived but it wasn't the one I ordered. In March I was told I would get the one I ordered - it's now the end of August. I had zero updates or contact despite Taskers having payment in full. I had to contact Taskers two weeks ago - they said the sofa would be arriving the following week. No sofa - and no update. - have now received an update and promised a sofa delivery next week (mid sept) hopefully this will conclude the matter.
