Very good service. Malcolm Pitts was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Very patient and understanding and would listen to what we asked and looked for the right options. We were very comfortable with the way he dealt with us.
Nice showroom, no pressure to buy, and we'll mannered and knowlegeable staff (Carol in our instance.). We got good value for money and they stored the furniture, at no cost until we were ready to receive it.

Bought two Harrison Spink mattresses and one Tempur. Was given plenty of time to try them out and no hard sell but plenty of information from the salesman.
We went to Taskers to purchase a new sofa. Prior to this we had visited the usual generic furniture stores on several retail parks. The experience at Taskers was totally different. No hard sell, knowledgeable staff and a fantastic choice of products. We will certainly be back next time we are looking for a new piece of furniture. The choice is fabulous.

Sofa orders 2/8/21 promised for Nov. Told in Oct of the delay. Ordered arm cover in Oct .Suite arrived Dec no arm covered . Called Taskers in Jan.to check on delivery, they said they would chase it up . Very disappointed only choose Tasters because of reputation but now would be unsure whether to recommend.
Great service and support when we were choosing our new furniture and the delivery dates were absolutely spot on. Our expectations were managed all the way through. And we love our new furniture.
Very pleased with our new sofa, chair and footstool. We were refurbishing our lounge and wanted a new sofa, chair and footstool. We heard about Taskers and visited the saleroom. The sales manager was very helpful. He spent time with us understanding our needs and offered useful information and suggestions. We were happy to place the order. When the items were delivered, the delivery men were pleasant and professional. Great service.

Visited the store on New Years Eve looking for a new sofa . Just like to mention a special thank you to Malcolm who helped us out and advised us without being too pushy . We ended up buying a new sofa, Chair, and foot stool !! Looking forward to it arriving !
My husband and I visited Taskers of Accrington this week to buy a sofa which we had spotted a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it was no longer there but Malcolm was on hand and explained he could order the one we wanted. He gave us all the information we needed, showed us the various fabrics etc. I felt under no pressure whatsoever and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Good sense of humour too! He then took us to the carpet department with the fabric book and left us in the capable hands of Garry and again nothing was too much trouble. Having asked what we were looking for he showed us a selection of carpets and let us take samples home. Phil came to measure that night - very professional, offering advice etc All in all this team are the best we have ever had the pleasure to deal with, making us feel special and valued customers. A credit to the store.
