Please note… this is a review for TASKERS of ACCRINGTON, and not Taskersonline….totally different company. We had been considering a Stressless Suite for a few months, and as they are expensive, we did a lot of research prior to placing an order. (Note this is a review for the Service we received from Taskers of Accrington, and not for the Stressless Suite we will receive.. as any problem with that, will have to be taken up with Stressless under their warranty) I was in touch with Paul, the Manager throughout the process, and there was no insistence, or chase up phone calls or “can only do that deal today” or “ offer ends Sunday” or anything like that… it was purely done at our leisure. Not only did Paul enlighten me to a current offer Stressless themselves (Not Taskers) were doing,that saved us a lot of money, but he also price matched, which was great, as we wanted to deal with Taskers of Accrington and no one else. We were able to pay the deposit by whatever means was comfortable for us, and the balance to be paid nearer delivery. We have been given an estimated delivery date, but understand with the current world status…that could easily change. The whole process..which due to us doing our research with the Stressless Range and getting samples etc .. took a few weeks, for us to make up our minds, but Paul was always there at the other end of the phone when we had a question. The other staff we spoke to on the phone before being put through to Paul, were always polite and courteous. We would definitely deal with Taskers of Accrington again. As mentioned at the head of this review, this is for Taskers of Accrington…and not Taskersonline.

We were looking to buy a leather suite and chanced upon Taskers online having been to a local store and found the price comparison there quite astonishing. Taskers were much more reasonable. The Web site was fine until it came time to order, just wouldn't let me proceed so instead I called and actually was much better to talk to a very helpful man, Ivor, who completed the order for us and sorted our care plan too on the suite. Let's hope all goes well with delivery sometime late December/ early January. Impressed so far anyway.

The service received from Taskers throughout has been excellent. I have already recommended them to family who have subsequently placed an order.

I live in Oxford and ordered a stressless recliner from Taskers over the phone, Daniel gave me a price and when I found it elsewhere cheaper he matched it he didn't even charge me delivery which my local store was going too. He said he would try to deliver on 2nd September and he was true to his word. I dealt with Daniel and Margaret and both were great. Exceptional service and I would certainly use again.

Great store, helpful people and a great choice of furniture, It was worth the trip. The only negative is that the sales process was / is a little bit too push. Plus the lead time during discussions was significantly shorter then the actual order. However I am pleased with product choice and would definitely go again.

Although I’ve not yet had delivery of my order I was happy with the ordering process including finding a delivery solution for an offshore island

We visited Tasker’s showroom on Saturday, with the intention of seeking a new sofa. The choice there is amazing and varied with something to suit everyone’s pocket. We spoke to two sales people in different areas and both were very informative and friendly. Eventually we spotted the exact sofa we wanted and, Daniel, our salesman was extremely helpful. We,came away, having ordered our sofa and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. We shall definitely visit Taskers again.

I cannot praise ALL the Staff (Daniel particularly) for their role in getting our FAMA order off and running and the recommendation for a superb lunch. Attentive, fun, detailed and time spent seemingly unlimited. Strong recommendation.

We were served by enty🙂.he is very helpful & friendly he didn't try to push us into buying anything and he obviously knows his job inside out and is very knowledgeable about it .altogether a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I couldn't fault anything about any of the experience.

With the help of Malcolm Pitts we chose a new 3 piece suite to replace our 29year old one. I’m such an indecisive person and Malcolm was patient and showed us all available options. He didn’t rush us and gave us just the right amount of attention. He was also very considerate of my current disability. We are very happy with the service we have received and were amazed at the amount of choice. Thank you Malcolm, you spent time with us and helped us to make an important decision that we will hopefully have many years of enjoyment from.

I had an excellent service

As returning customers over a number of years we noticed changes to layout of the department. We bought some dining room furniture and were helped and advised by the staff who were very well informed about the products on offer. Polite and courteous as always and able to offer quality goods at a slightly discounted price.

It was my first visit to Taskers of Accrington, instigated by the receipt of a sale brochure a few weeks earlier. The welcome was polite and considered - "Did I want help or just to browse?" I asked for help and the lady was very knowledgeable and extremely patient, as we wandered from suite to suite and back again, as I shortlisted my choices. It was very relaxed and I never felt pushed into making a decision, as I have at other stores. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone buying from this store-it was a very enjoyable experience!
