We recently had parquet-style flooring organised by Taskers. There were complications around this work, in terms of the time-scale and the sort of surface it had to go onto. We appreciated how Taskers staff came and assessed the job thoroughly, gave advice, and made sure it worked with these problems.
Customer service from Daniel was excellent. No sales pressure , just great patience and knowledge of the sofas and chairs that we were interested in. He encouraged us to literally take off our coats and try out the seating, at our own pace, around the huge store. We went home and took several days to make our final choice and Daniel was able to offer us an unbeatable price and a realistic delivery time. We are now looking forward to the delivery of our new suite.
After a long search for my new sofas Taskers was the only business who offered a dummy run to check if my choice would fit through the door, before placing the order with the manufacturer. Vast choice of quality furniture to suit all tastes and budgets. Very knowledgeable staff who were on hand to provide information and advice but were not pushy at all. We were undecided between two styles so were encouraged to return home and think about our decision. On returning, we completely changed our minds and we can't thank Malcolm enough for being so patient and suggesting various options available to us to help us reach our final decision. We cantwait for our new sofa and chairs to arrive.

Everything from the experience instore ,arranging the purchase and the delivery was 100%. Delivery includes the building of said furniture so coming home to a built table and chairs was worth every penny.
Taskers have a huge range of quality furniture located in a large mill in Accrington, so it is easy to view the different offerings. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Malcolm in particular was patient whilst we considered our options during several visits to their store. In the end we feel we have chosen well but needed guidance on our options.
We visited quite a few furniture stores in the previous weeks, but Taskers turned out to be in a league of its own. Staff were helpful and friendly and certainly not pushy. We were allowed to wander around the store until we found what we were looking for, two reclining chairs. In the end we dealt with Paul and included the 3- seater sofa to match the chairs. All in all, a first- rate experience, we would definitely shop with Taskers again.
Always bought from taskers they only sell quality furniture and if they sell it you know it’s good quality top shop to deal with and staff brilliant

We have used Taskers to purchase furniture for our home on several occasions over the past few years and can honestly state that we have always received 5 star service on every occasion.
We were approached by Daniel who advised us about various suites we were interested in. He found one that we liked and then left us to try it out and examine it. We went away to think about it. Rang him to ask for prices of variations and went back the following day to check out details which Daniel was very helpful with, we clinched the deal. A bit disappointed with the time to deliver but that’s down to the manufacturer.
