On arrival we were directed to the part of the showroom that held the furniture we were interested in. After looking around we were greeted by Dan Ross who was very helpful in our eventual selection. It took us two visits and some great help from Dan for us to make the final decision. It’s fair to say without Dan’s help we would have probably bought the wrong furniture.

We purchased beds and a sofa. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom is great to walk around and has a good range of furniture to browse. We will be back soon for a new kitchen table and chairs.

We ordered 2 x Tetrad sofas, a footstool and a dining table from Taskers. When they were delivered the table was slightly damaged on one corner and the delivery man, who had a cut on his hand which wasn’t sufficiently covered, bled on one of my sofas and on one of the scatter cushions!! I immediately contacted Taskers, who apologised and gave me reassurance that they would resolve these matters asap. True to Linzi’s word, we received a new dining table, a new scatter cushion and I managed to remove the blood from my sofa, but they were readily prepared to send out a technician to clean it. We also received compensation for the inconvenience too. I feel the issues, of which one was not of Taskers making, but the delivery company’s fault were dealt with in a professional and understanding manner. This has not put me off buying from Taskers in the future, if anything, it has given me confidence in their level of service and professionalism in dealing with any issues that might arise.
Allowed to wander around store without any high pressure salesmanship. Not having been to the showroom for some time we needed space to look around. When we did decide to make a purchase the salesman was very helpful and courteous providing us with useful information about the products we were interested in and taking us through the delivery and payment process.

We have today ordered a large leather 'Tobias' sofa with matching 'snuggler' chair. In two relatively short visits we were guided and advised by Sales Manager Paul Barnett who shared the benefit of his many years in the trade in a low key, professional manner, greatly facilitating our decision making. Friendly,informative showroom staff. I am happy with the chair apart from the fact that the seat cushion would have been more comfortable with more padding. It has memory foam padding so I expected it to be more comfortable.
