I had never heard of this company before but relied upon trust pilot reviews when ordering and I wasn't disappointed. The coat I ordered is lovely, it has great length sleeves, looks just like the online pictures and is most definitely waterproof. Customer services contacted me really promptly about another item, which I had ordered but it had since gone out of stock. They refunded me quickly for that jumper and responded to all email correspondence really fast. Overall I am really impressed and I will definitely be purchasing from here again.
