I ordered a coat from Germany, but it is the wrong size. On the website you offer free shipping for returns. Now I have got your message, that you don’t do this for overseas. “You have to pay yourself for the return!” was the answer ! This is not a fair and good behaviour. I wanted an exchange in another size. Not now! Never again with Target dry!
The 3 in 1 jacket was very good value/fit for all seasons and when the pay page added p & p whereas the offer page said this was free, staff refunded the difference so very happy with customer service. I would recommend this company

This is my second purchase from Target Dry. There was a fault with the first purchase, but this was rectified quickly and without quibble, so I had no qualms about ordering from the company again. The only problem this time was Royal Mail claiming that my order would be delivered on a particular day, even though the tracking information showed that the parcel was still in Northern Ireland on the day in question. This is clearly not Target Dry's fault. I would order from this company again

I wanted a good waterproof long coat and hopefully this will fit the job. Great price really long length and waterproof at a far greater storm protection than coats three times the price. Have not worn it yet as birthday present but if lives up to the reviews will be delighted as quality is really good
