Wss unable to create my order online due to some problems we could not determine. The manager at tansclub worked with me and created the order and got the items shipped on time. (Said he wasn't suppose to take the order but realized the situation and did the right thing. That is customer service.

Thank you the delivery was great and the product was perfect. Only think is that the fabric seam is not straight, it makes it hard to press but the fabric itself is good. I will buy again.

Order and delivery was quick as usual. They were out of stock on some of the items and offered to replace them with a different item. New items were more expensive (which we knew and agreed to). Didn't know that they would reduce the discounted price on the remainder as it was now under 50 dozen and they didn't tell me that this would happen - ended up paying more than anticipated.

After ordering you reached out to me before releasing the order for me to explain why I was having it mailed to a different address than my billing address.

They are so reliable and fast. I have used Tan's Club for nearly 15 years. The product quality is unchanged over the years, very good.

The bandanas received were not the same soft cotton we usually receive, as these have been part of the company uniform for many years, the quality is not there, and with the difference in material the colors are therefore a little off from what we require.

Thank you good stuff

Some of the items i ordered were out of stock. Despite this a manager reached out to me to ask if i would be ok substituting a different color instead. I told him the charcoal colored hats would work fine. 5 days later he sends a follow up email asking the same question. What the hell? Just read my response and mail the items already.

Good customer service. I've had two orders that had issues with what's in stock online so I've had to replace certain items after ordering. They're always nice about it but I do wish what they showed in stock online matched their actual inventory.
