I've always liked your quality and prices, however now that you offer free shipping, that's a big plus and makes a huge difference. In the past your base rate for shipping was $29.00, like a flat rate and even though I've paid in a few times in the past, I did think that was high.

We have used TansClub for years for our Team Building and Bonding needs (team identification). The customer service is great. We made a mistake on an order recently, called and they easily handled the situation making sure we got the correct items. Shipping is always fast. Two things I wish were different was to have the ability to create an account and duplicate orders...only limiting this feature to aol and yahoo emails is a little outdated and that they go back to individual folding so it is easy to grab one at a time instead of the dozen laid out together and folded into one big stack. Outside of that they are our go-to supplier. We did one order this year with another entity for cost savings and quickly returned.
As usual the process was fluid. The delivery was on time.
You had the product I wanted (polyester handkerchief) in the size I liked. Ordering was not complicated, and arrived in reasonable time. I wished there had been more color choices in this size. And I thought shipping was a little high for the weight and volume. But overall happy
