Wow ... I think my title review says it all . When ordered it took a couple of days befor I received my reels , I saved about £300, courier delivered , latest new reels .... And a phone call befor the goods were dispatched to answer any of my queries .... I'm very very happy with the service and will be using tackle fanatics again ... Thanx guys

Just bought a Daiwa Triloader barrow, cheapest price in the uK, and very cheap postage, so bought some hooks and a few other bits as well out of the savings! Would reccomend to anybody, will buy here again, many thanks

Wrong rod sent. They didn't actually have the rod I ordered. I asked for an exchange for the almost similar rod they had in stock (more than once) and this was totally ignored. "As I have already explained we do not have the one you want" was one response from Customer Services. Returned item. Two emails asking for refund to be sent were not answered. Was refunded very promptly after opening paypal case. The prior email responses I did get were curt to the point of rudeness. Previously I had bought another similar fly rod from tacklefanatics, this did not arrive with a rod tube as was stated on their website: they did try to rectify this by sending me 'the only rod tube they have spare' ..which was 2 feet too long and not partitioned ie completely useless. There appears to be loads of mistakes on their website eg ALL the spinning rods are listed as having a fly weight rating #5. After 2 mistakes on their part from my 2 purchases I won't be using again.

I ordered 3 rods I got them for the best price 3 fox horizons 320.there still going for 160 a rod at the mo so I was looked after im happy they arrived really really well packed so I was more than happy.yep all I can say is great shop.cheers lads.

I searched for a relatively rare )in the UK) reel, the baitrunner 6000D and found this one. Best price out there, and received it in a day or so. Can't fault them.

A great service and even when my first choice product was out of stock i recieved a phone call to ask if i would accept an alternative of better quality and more expensive at no extra cost to me. Thats what i call great customer service.
