I've ordered from Tackle Fanatics in the past, I can't fault them, their website is easy to navigate & have an amazing array of stock, & you can buy sets of gear which you don't find in many of the online stores, & at affordable prices' .Tackle Fanatics is a brilliant company.

I've used a lot of online fishing stores but tackle fanatics has been the cheapest on bait and gear, cheap postage, fast delivery.. Perfect performance from the team...10/10 Will be shopping here again.. Most definitely..

Shimano ultegra fishing reels. I got 3 reels which were second hand and when they turnt up the next day and looked brand new. Anything that your not sure about just ring them and they are extremely helpful and polit and without the atatude that you get from tackle stores. Very competitive prices and only £4.99 postage for next day delivery no matter how many items you have. Overall a very professional run company that still has the human touch.

I recently ordered a lot of tackle from these guys through there finance people and even though I made a bit of a mistake they sorted it and sent all my tackle out within two days on the day I asked for, all the tackle was new very well packed, I have to say it's the most comprehensive service I have had with any internet based shops. Can't falt anything I emplore you to use them.

This is the 2nd time I've used tackle fanatics and the staff are always helpful and with next day UPS delivery it's so easy to use them with confidence.

Before I even knew a problem had arisen I was contacted, a truly valid explanation given, and then my items (plus free extras) arrived as planned. Superb service which is a very rare commodity these days.

On a number of occasions I have purchased and returned goods to the shop and have been treated to possibly the best customer service treatment I have ever recieved. Prompt delivery[3 days Spain] returns[Paid for and returns ticket sent by e mail] .Goods exchanged without question,[Not asked for a reason]. The barrow is very well made and not over heavy. Nice touch are the stabiliser wheels and the option of standard legs. Genuine next day delivery service and over packed to protect the barrow. Service second to none again. I would recommend Tackle Fanatics to everyone. 10/10. Thanks chaps

I can not recommend this company any more! I have one finance order with these guys already and I have recently just set up another. Not thinking I ordered everything on my old account and confirmed my order. It wasn't until I received my confirmation email that I realised it was my old address on the account. I called Tackle Fanatics and they sorted it straight away for me. No Fuss! It was lovely to have them act so quickly, so politely and Correct my mistake. They explained what they were going to do (recall the parcels & resend them to my current address) and I didn't have to do anything. Normally company's shift the blame onto you and leave you to sort it with various numbers to call and reference numbers to quote. They changed the address on my account for me and called me the following day to Explain that the parcels would be with me shortly. Very happy with their service and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Earlier in the year I received a chair that was damaged . After a few exchanged emails and photographs I was contacted direct by the boss . I was given a plausible explanation for the mistake and assured that it wouldn't happen again . This plus a lengthy apology and replacement I thought was satisfactory , but he also kept in contact throughout the year and asked that I contact him directly for any future purchases . I recently decided to purchase a new rod about 6month after my first purchase and take up Duncan's offer . He rand me immediately and sorted the rod which arrived next day . The first experience was unfortunate but it was corrected promptly . Although no requests were made to edit my first review , I thought it necessary to adjust and inform of the superb after service . Thanks
