Booked Super Pet Travel for our transport from Gatwick to Newport with our dog. Communication with Mo was great, he was able to pick us up just in time for our dog's release from the Animal Reception. Our car was also spacious and clean. Mo and his team are nothing short of excellent. From the very first communication (where we were in eastern Germany) to the very last minute of dropping our cat off in Canterbury, Mo kept us informed of every step, with live updates and locations, constant communication; I could go on and on. During a very chaotic travel day for us, every time we had contact with Mo, it was always pleasant and professional. We thought we would arrive first since we were flying, but Mo patiently awaited our arrival at our house, still smiling, 5 minute handoff and all was well.... I truly can't thank Mo and his team enough for taking a large piece of stress out of our move; would give some more stars if I could...... Thank you

Our experience with Super Pet Travel was incredible from start to finish. We had to book very last minute due to a breakdown in France and Super Pet Travel were so accommodating and made what was an incredibly stressful situation much much easier! We were super unlucky and had a second disaster with a hire but our amazing driver went above and beyond to make sure we could still get home! We could not recommend Super Pet Travel enough!!! Things involving our beloved pets are always very difficult and anxiety inducing so to have a company like SuperPetsTravel and someone like Mo there to make the entire process stress free is absolutely invaluable. We had to transport our pets from Thailand to the UK via Paris and we hired SuperPetsTravel to pick us up from Paris and drive us through to Bristol via the Euro Tunnel (LeShuttle). Mo was so helpful end to end in the process from enquiry all the way through to dropping us off at our final destination. He was very polite and friendly and had a deep knowledge of all the processes involved in what we were doing as he is also very very experienced. He gave us live tracking on his car when he was on his way to us and was always available on the run up to the day for enquiries or amendments. Mo is polite, friendly, interesting and thoughtful and provided an array of snacks and drinks for us for our long journey. He was helpful at the boarders and reassuring all the way through. He knew exactly what to do at every step and took control over all the processes when crossing boarders etc so it really made the entire experience absolutely stress free for us. After a long flight already and a lot of preparation, having this professional and friendly service really made our day. We got to where we needed to be quickly and safely and actually ended up really enjoying the experience even though we had been dreading it for months thinking it would be a nightmare, but it wasn’t at all and that’s all thanks to Mo!
Had as smooth a transfer from Calais to Folkestone as one could possibly hope for. Mohammed met us right at the Calais-Ville station and zipped us right through all the required checks to get on LeShuttle. Absolutely top notch service! Would absolutely hire him again for a pet transfer.

Absolutely fantastic company that i would undoubtedly would recommend to anyone, Mo was a massive help and answered every queries I had. My driver Sirwan was at charles de gaule waiting for me , then told me, whenever i wanted to stop for coffee to just let him know, he even bought it, total gentleman, felt like I knew him for years . A great and smooth experience from Folkstone to Calais and return trip. We had issues at the pet reception (something to do with our passport) but Mo was great and patient and even helped check the microchips of our cat! Really recommend using Super Pet Travel and will use again if I ever need to do so.

Excellent, tip-top, service from Mohammed. A very affable gentleman who clearly loves what he does and is very good at it! We found Mohammed to be punctual and exceptionally informative - for example he was very thoughtful indeed to share with us his live location on WhatsApp when he was coming to pick up our dog; he also regularly updated us with videos and photos of how our pooch was doing once he had collected him. Thoroughly recommend and deserves to do well.
