Mo was very responsive on email when I enquired online from Singapore about my planned travels with my Labrador. I needed to arrange a pet taxi to collect us from Ashford International station and take us to Maidstone. Mo was there on time and got us to our destination smoothly. Mo was fantastic. Prompt, communicative leading up to our reservation, and incredibly efficient on the day of the journey. We traveled from Belgium all the way up to Scotland (11 hours) and the entire journey was low stress and very pleasant for us and our dog (25kg). The van has plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10.
We travelled from Calais-Frethun, to Folkestone round trip with our little Chihuahua (2.5 Kg) Our driver, Mo, was very friendly, and helpful. We visited London for the first time travelling all the way from Berlin. We are 2 adults travelling with our dog, whereas it was not a complicated commute and the driver has so much experience driving, so we could feel safe. I want to say that we had a very smooth journey from Wokingham, UK to Travemunde, Germany with Super Pet Travel. Our driver Mohammed was excellent driver, very attentive, caring and calm person. It was a horrible weather, raining all our way from the UK to Germany, but we were not noticing that much because our taxi was driving like a big excellent ship without any problems of the road. Mo was incredible in all aspects. Really helpful to sort document issues out, and extremely efficient and professional. Mo picked us up in Calais with my wife and dog to go to Folkestone - super friendly and professional, communicated clearly when there were delays at the Eurotunnel. Large comfy clean van. Also I called around different companies who do the Calais/folkestone route with pets and his quote was the best price - would recommend and use again!
