Such a shame I can't leave 0 stars. I have sent my complaint straight to the ombudsman. You have denied lending irresponsibly when it clearly states on the loan data sheet that YOU sent ME, that you had not checked my income and did not request evidence. It also clearly states that I had defaulted on the last 5 loans. That's 7 loans within a 2 month period. How can you possibly not think that I might be in financial difficulty?

I have a redress refund due and have emailed you Sunny and phoned to update my address and bank details yet you don’t have the decency to reply. Your customer service is useless unless your borrowing money and then your quick enough to payout but not as quick refunding HURRY UP and pay up !!! Sunny in light of recent events the corona virus could you be helpful and payout quicker for people who may be struggling and having to self isolate I’m sure it would be appreciated !!

Come on sunny this is getting ridiculous ! 9 working days left until the 18th March. Just refund me my money already! You are quick at taking the money when it’s due and if you don’t get the money you send it to debt collectors to hassle us however when it’s on the other foot you take forever to refund. Just give me my money now. I won’t stop with the bad reviews until I get it. Looking at this I’m not the only one who’s having to wait forever for their money!

Did someone need to conect with bank acount couse in sunny show me that i need conect with bank or send pay slip

Have lodged a complaint and had them come back to me to saying that the 15 of the 17 loans I had with them were reasonable, not happy with how they have treated my complaint which in the long run has caused financial difficulty... Do not use Sunny for your payday loans. They are quick to give the loans out without going into further details about affordability such as a bank statement etc. Given I get a response and my complaint is fully upheld or I get a decent response from them I will rethink my review.
