The quality of the door was overshadowed with problems from delivery and after service, the door arrived with a 2 pallets stacked directly on top of the door plastic wrapping offering little protection, driver was rude and everything was a problem, whilst this is more a carrier issue, once we fitted the door we had problems with the lock sticking, a week later a replacement lock sent had only 3 keys the door arrived with 5 keys, ended up getting a lock locally for £31 with 5 keys vs the £45 they charged for the same 3 star lock, as it took too long to get a replacement as it was promised next day but took 4 days. This whole experience for what should have been a simple purchase, ended up being far more difficult than it should have been.

Delivery was a bit painful due to need for crane off load not being acted on. Had to redeliver a 2nd time still with an incorrect truck type. Site guys split the pallet down and unloaded by hand which wasn't very helpful!

excellent service ,they provided exactly what was ordered on time ,easy to fit I can highly recommend them and we will be using them again
the order was delayed in spite of full advance payment. no follow up or information will forthcoming till it was actively sought. even e mails requesting for reasons of delay had to be chased and followed up still waiting for product to arrive with no firm date yet available.
Have not fitted yet but looks excellent quality.
