Ordered my computor-prismiCue5820 on17th nov (prebuild) and received on 18th via dpd. amazing quick service. The computor was better packed and protected than any I have received in the past. Even to the extent there is packing inside the computor case to protect the inner parts! The machine is extremely well made with all wiring hidden. The neatest I have ever seen. The computor set up was a breeze, though i would have preferred win 10 not win 11. Good as win 11 is I spend too much time looking for things! A big thank you for super fast delivery and a very neat computor.

Where to start.. I can't praise this company enough.. they have to be the best company for customer service and quality of items I've ever had to pleasure to do business with. My boys PC turned up broken due to dpd courier. Not only did they leave a such expensive parcel out on my drive way. They had thrown it about too. Upon contacting stormforce they sent out a replacement strait away and had the broken computer picked up. Even kept communication via email regarding tracking to make sure everything was ok..Amazing service. Can't recommend enough 😘

Hi 👋 all Got my Stormforce PC 20 months ago. Was having some issues recently, that led to it having to be sent off to Stormforce for repair. Got it back a few days ago. It’s running much better, faster and quieter. Really happy with the PC and the repairs. The people I dealt with at Stormforce, are really nice and helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying a PC from them 👍 🙂

Delivery of the PC was quick, installation guides were really clear, and the performance of the PC itself is fantastic. The hardware comes with a 3 year warranty too which gives great peace of mind. Overall, really happy with the PC. No regrets!

I bought a PC and it arrived faulty. It would give me a BSOD everytime I connected to my wifi. They sent me replacement which arrived quickly. The replacement then had the same issue. After an hour long call with them they told me that it was my wifi that was the issue which was hard because all my other laptops and PCs are connected to it without an issue. At the end I refunded it and bought from another company. The PC arrived and connected to my wifi without any issues. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Stormforce as they lead you to believe the issue is your fault. They do attempt to help you but after emails and getting a replacement they did nothing but waste my time.

I received a well-constructed pre-bult PC. High quality components. The systems looks good, its super quick and so far seems to have good cooling and air flow. Its running day to day applications with ease and also the most demanding of AAA games up to 4K and minimal issues at 4K native 120 hrz refresh and up to 120fps. There is plenty of wriggle room to get the best from the system and the Nvidia 3080 in this particular build. Very pleased so far and after not gaming on PC since the 90s i have been extremely pleased with this PC. I have pretty much favoured consoles and currently use a PS5 and Series X but this PC is far more powerful ...

You get the hardware you asked for with solid components delivered securely and fairly promptly (1 week). It comes with OS & drivers installed, just plug in your peripherals and go. Downsides: The fans and other LEDs cannot be turned off, fine for gaming but if you want to watch a film using it then it's very distracting. Some lights remain on even with the system off. I'd ask their support how to turn this off, but there's absolutely no forum/support contact information provided. Some minor bloatware from Norton but you can just uninstall it. EDIT: I have since been instructed by their support team how to download the appropriate software to control the lighting. A few extra guides on the website would be good for this sort of thing, but overall that fixes my one issue. The system itself has now been running without fault for over a month.

My first gaming pc.. After a lot of browsing. I finally made a decision and purchased from stormforce. The pc came, very quick, few days and I was very happy. I've never seen anything packaged so, safely is how I will describe it. Not only the outside, it also had it nice and tight on the inside, nothing major to think about, but it's the little things as the saying goes. After unboxing, all seemed as it should, so plugged in the power cable, accessories and powered on. I then downloaded some games. It came with a manual that explains what everything is on the motherboard and what is compatible, for future upgrades etc. Looking inside of the case, it's very neatly put together. So far, (6 months of playing warzone heavily) I have zero complaints with what I bought.
