I needed a new welder and couldn’t find them in any of our retail stores. I searched the internet and found the welder I wanted and the price was better than I had seen at any of our local stores. I order it and the communication from Cyberweld was excellent, letting me know the approximate date it would be delivered. We got an email that it would be delivered within a couple days and it was delivered 2 days later. Box was in good condition and the welder is just what I wanted. Great company to work with!

Product shipment is very behind schedule (over 1 month). It is disappointing that there is no communication unless you specially inquire why you have not received your items. The unfortunate part is that the website says 1-2 weeks not 1.5-2 months
The website was user friendly with good product information. Ordering was simple and delivery was excellent. Oh and BTW the hood is awesome. Will shop here again.
