Seamless. I ordered the item and it showed up when it was supposed too.
The site showed "shipped" on the order history page, but when i click into the details it said Tracking Number(s): not in stock. There was nothing on the site when I ordered about a delay in shipping or not having the unit in stock until after I paid. Called Customer service, now they are saying 1-2 weeks. Fast to take my order and money, but wasnt clear about how long it will take. Still waiting for item, TBD.

The extension cord works perfectly for the welder on a 220 volt socket. Delivery took 3 days. Delighted about such great service.

The bulk of my order arrived super quick, with one item back ordered. But customer service did a great job updating me, and also giving me the option of choosing another item. I wasn’t in a hurry so I waited about another seven days to receive the remainder of my order. The products are as expected, and I’m very please with the service and support.
I have ordered repeatedly from Cyberweld and have always had prompt, accurate delivery. I have found Cyberweld to be an excellent source of N95 masks.
For a larger company the customer service is excellent! One of my items was backordered. Rather than just send part of the order they reached out first which I really appreciate. Then they followed up with progress of my order so I always knew the status. Most importantly, my order was shipped to me undamaged. This is the exception in my experience not the norm. Prices were the best I could find, they had the quality brands I was looking for and great customer service. That is a winning combination and I will be back.

Excellent products, price and delivery. Their online software was cumbersome as follows; Added first item to cart and no easy way to continue shopping. had to close out and start again. One item was back ordered, but the software did not indicate that the in-stock item would not ship till the other item was in stock. Instead it just stated not yet shipped. Had to call to have the in-stock item shipped. poor software.
