I love the products and I have been very reluctant to write this review but having been a long standing customer I was surprised that on the first issue I have ever had I came away feeling it was my fault. The response was initially positive but then a deathly silence when it was passed onto a higher being. I was simply trying to use a discount voucher that was not accepted. A tip if you have points accrued you cannot use these with a discount code and when you try to remove the points the discount code is still not accepted. Unfortunately Stoneglow have now lost a loyal customer.

As well as the gorgeous room diffuser I ordered they sent me a small scented candle which in turn smells lovely. Quality products.
Highly recommend. Prompt delivery and very well packaged. The fragrance is lovely, I use the Sweet Balsam and Cade in my bathroom and hallway, everyone comments on it. Also enclosed in my package were some new reeds. I buy Stoneglow for gifts too.
