Terrible company, customer service skill if something is wrong are zero and they genuinely don't care. Sent photos to manager to discuss further and chased it up twice but have been ignored. I was unsure about posting as I always like to give anyone the opportunity to resolve first but they clearly don't want to know. Not a good way to run a business.

Lovely packaging, like the scented paper inside, nice smelling candle, if I had to give a dislike candle just burning a tunnel through middle rather than the full width of candle 🤷♀️

Great products that arrived quickly
I was given the Apple & Pear blossom reed diffuser as a gift and I loved it. The scent lasted for a really long time and it makes a beautiful ornament too. I liked it so much I ordered two more! Definitely recommend. Arrived safely packaged and again smell beautiful.

I have the botanic lavender fields gel fishbowl 6535. Its beautiful. The inner tea light candle has burnt out and want to know if u have refills. Please let me know. Susan Novak

I bought a variety of reed diffusers because i used one in my bathroom and everyone commented on the lovely fragrance. They are one of the longest lasting too and make great presents.
